Site for MC Home, a Sofia real estate agency, covering their sales and rental listings across the city, Sofia region and Pernik.
Property search is the core of the site — listings filtered by offer type, property type and area, with each property carrying its own page, specification and photography.
Agent-led, with the team presented individually and reachable directly rather than through a single office address.
The first Siteforge project, and the one the later WordPress work grew out of.

Built with Sage, a modern WordPress starter theme that integrates Tailwind CSS and Laravel Blade, ensuring a streamlined and maintainable development experience.
Uses Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to power flexible content management and custom field structures across the site.
Integrates SwiperJS for elegant, responsive property image carousels.
Implements fsLightbox for seamless, full-screen image viewing on property detail pages.

Custom section builder allows flexible page layouts that mirror the site’s design — including banners, text blocks, image grids, and calls-to-action.
Properties post type is tailored for real estate listings, with custom fields for price, location, features, and image galleries.
Brokers post type provides an easy way to manage agent profiles, automatically linking them across the site where relevant.
Admin interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to update content without technical knowledge.

Advanced Property Filtering: Enables users to filter properties by criteria like location, property type, price range, and more — for a seamless browsing experience.
Live Currency Recalculation: Through a toggle, displays property prices in different currencies based on daily, real-time exchange rates from the European Central Bank.
Dynamic Property Listings: Listings are managed through a dedicated Properties post type with fields for price, location, type, and media galleries.
Broker Inquiry Forms: Individual broker pages include contact forms for direct inquiries, making it easy for visitors to connect with specific agents.
Delete unused images: Added functionality to delete all images not connected to any posts, brokers, or properties — with just two clicks. A confirmation prompt ensures you don’t delete anything by accident.
Image Watermark Plugin: Image Watermark allows you to automatically watermark images uploaded to the WordPress Media Library and bulk watermark previously uploaded images.
Professional Email Integration: Seamlessly connected to the host’s mail server, enabling @mc-home.bg email addresses for a trusted, professional presence.
